Refunds & Returns Policy

At Juan Rodulfo, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an issue may arise, and we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: We accept returns for defective products only. Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you believe you received a defective item, please follow the return process below for a refund.

Restocking Fee

Please be advised that all approved returns are subject to a $20.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
