We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Accuracy of Descriptions: We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may do this on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. 4. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Our refund and return policy is strictly governed by the following terms. By purchasing from our Website, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions:

Return Eligibility: We accept returns for defective products only. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. If you believe you received a defective item, you must follow the return process outlined below to request a refund.
Restocking Fee: Please be advised that all approved returns are subject to a $20.00 USD restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
If rejected (e.g., the item is not defective, was damaged by the user, or returned after the 5-day window), the item may be discarded or sent back to you at your expense.

Processing Time: We will make every effort to process and ship your order promptly.
Risk of Loss: For physical products, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
